How to order
custom vinyl graphics from The Vinyl Approach:
1. Measure your
desired location and provide us with the
specifications. (See sizing
page for more details).
2. Choose your fonts or let us choose based on the
design requested. (See fonts
page for choices).
3. Specify All
Capitals, Upper and Lower Case or any combination
of both...
4. Select the colors desired. Please let us know
background color that graphics are
being installed on as we like to make sure
graphics will be visible. (See
colors page for choices).
5. Choose any
optional elements desired such as clip-art, logos
or custom graphics. (See
options page).

(Height&Width), the name or design desired,
colors preferred and any other pertinent
information. Often times, a digital photo is worth
a thousand words...
Payment
Methods
We prefer Paypal for our payment
process and also accept Cash and the following
credit cards: MC, Visa
& Discover. Bank
(Certified) Checks or Money Orders will be accepted if
you are picking up graphics in person or if we are
installing graphics on location. Personal Checks
are accepted but graphics cannot be shipped or
installed until check clears (up to 2 weeks).
Production Time/Shipping
Method
Once we finalize the approved
design and payment is verified allow for 1-2 days
to produce, after which most items are shipped UPS
Ground. Please provide zip code for a quote for
faster delivery such as
2nd Day Air or Overnight
UPS
service.
No P.O. boxes please as most graphics are
shipped flat to avoid wrinkling of transfer tape
or damage to the graphic itself.
Color Matching
Please note that PC printers and
monitors vary greatly in color accuracy. Also
there are variations between brands of materials
(pending availability). If a rush is needed and we
don't have the color in stock a substitute color
may be used (with your permission). We always try to
match every job to the best of
our ability.
Warranty/Return Policy
All graphics are custom made and
therefore cannot be returned. If it is an error on
our part we will gladly replace it for you, at no
charge. If you have any problems with any of the
graphics we manufacture, please
contact us immediately for replacement information. |
